| My pup has erect ears and a perfectly docked little tail - but he's a little character and has both his tail and ears going in different directions and moving all over the place all the time. When my pup is sitting around - his ears are straight up and he looks like a little coyote - but when he runs to meet people or play -they lay back a lot like a little bunny (probably because he is such a friendly, submissive little guy). And his tail is up and down and wagging and all over the place all the time. So - I would say that a tail shouldn't be erect or "up" all the time. Carol Jean |

| My Chloe's Tail Was Docked One Vertebre Shorter Than Lacey's. Lacey's Tail Is Always Up, With Streams Of Hair Coming Down. Chloe's Tail Looks Like It Is Down Unless She Is Wagging It, So My Guess Is How The Tail Moves Depends On How The Docking Was Done. |
