| Georgie is mean to my Godson I have been helping my best friend out the past couple of days with her son (he is 8). She is working the late shift and I have been picking him up from camp. Long story short they came over Saturday for Georgie's 1st birthday party and all Georgie did was growl and snap at William the entire time. He did it last night as well. I tried to let him outside and he wouldn't go he just runs right back to torment William. He has never done this to William before this past Saturday or anyone else for that matter even smaller children who are complete strangers. William does act scared of him when he does it and I try to tell him not to do that. Any suggestions on why he is doing this? I have to tell you this when Georgie was about 5 months old (1 year now) William accidently stepped on him (nothing broken or hurt Georgie just whined and ran to me). Does that have anything to do with it? William is so excited to see him and it breaks my heart that Georgie acts like this. Thanks for any help you can offer.

| Maybe you can try holding him in your lap and then having your nephew approach him in a calm way. Just a thought.

| Thanks that was actually the first time he snapped at him was when I was holding I was so blown I didn't know what to do. Do you think it could be because he acts scared of him? It's like Georgie has short man's complex he seems happy that someone actually cowers when he barks. Everyone just looks at him and laughs.
