| If I'm not mistaken, that looks like the girl from Look-Alike that had a makeover because she thought she looked like Paris. |

| She actually still has Tinkerbell, and 3 other chihuahuas. I don't think its very fair for people to be judging someone based on what they read in tabloids. None of us know that she doesn't love her animals. Yes I like Paris Hilton, and yes I'm sticking up for her lol

| Paris does seem to have a true love for animals and you can't fault her for that even though I do think she takes them to inappropriate places and they sometimes seem a little shell shocked. As for Ashlee Simpson... UGH. I saw this report the other night on the E channel, they were interviewing her backstage before her concert. There were tons of people around, flashing lights, etc. and her mom hands her a very small yorkie I can only assume was hers. Just my opinion, but the dog looked freaked out, head down and shaking. I felt so bad for it. I can totally appreciate and relate to both of these gals love of their animals, I'm sure they love them as much as we do ours. But I think there are times and places for taking your animals out in public. |

| I think it would be fair to say we all pay a lot of attention to new puppies. It doesn't mean we love our older dogs any less. I have a 50 lb mixed breed dog named Dallas and she rarely goes anywhere with me. It's just not practical. I love her just as much as my yorkies. I have three dogs. If I had Paris' money I would probably have many more. Sometimes when I travel I leave my dog's with my Mom. I do that because I do love them. If not I would just board them. I'm not a big Paris Hilton fan but I don't believe people should believe everything they read about her or any celebrity.

| I had heard the dumping Tinkerbell story too a while back, had forgotten about it actually. I don't know the truth, obviously, I kinda thought there might be some truth in the story. I don't really have a preference about Paris one way or another I guess, she seems a bit ditsy at times but then again so do I. Anyway I was watching the newest Simple Life, the one just starting, and she does have several chi's still. I don't know if any of them are Tink but she does have some(I think she had three with her but not positive). I honestly can't believe that anyone would just get rid of a dog like that. I mean I know people do it but she has quite a few dogs so why would she just dump Tink? I mean I could see her flaunting around a smaller one but I really can't see her dumping a dog that she had obviously gotten attached to. If she got rid of Tink and didn't have any other dogs (had gotten tired of dogs altogether) or just one new one(that she liked better) but she has a few so I'm a little shakey on the idea of her just getting rid of Tink altogether unless if was for good reasons. I don't agree with getting rid of dogs for the reasons of getting tired of dogs or liking one better, I just meant that I would believe that she had gotten rid of Tink if she didn't have any other dogs or just a new one then those might be the reasons.

Actually Paris Hilton was voted one of the worst animal people by Peta. Look at all the fur she wears! I think she has love for her pets and cares for them deeply, but she still wears fur which says that she doesn't care about all animals. I agree w/ the UGH for Ashlee Simpson....I can't stand her. She only got into the singing business because her sister can sing, and she needs to realize that she did not inherit this talent, only Jessica did!

| I didn't see this thread when I posted a few minutes ago. But I think for sure it is Paris Hilton, but I think it is a friend's yorkie as I do not think Paris has one. I actually do not know alot about Paris other than what the trash papers say from other people as I do not read them, but do not take everything you read to heart. People say things about others that they have no clue about and slam them any ways. |

Center for Consumer Freedom (CCF) made the website. Too bad PETA has given them a leg to stand on. A good episode of Pen & Teller's BS to watch to see how People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals are hypocrics. http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...=peta+bulls**t

I've heard stuff like this before. I'm not an activist of Peta, I don't think I could be cuz I'm not a vegetarian, but I just don't support the furr trade. Interesting find, I'm gonna bookmark it and check it out sometime.
