| Behavior of the Sire We had our puppies on April 20th 2006. Our sire was in the room when Sophie had her puppies.l Sammy loves the puppies. He is forever grooming the puppies faces. Also he grooms the mom on her head and face. Question , has anyone else experienced this grooming by the sire???? I just hope he doesn't get too upset when the puppies leave for their new homes in a few weeks....Martie

| How sweet is that?! I bet that is so cute to watch. Sorry, I have no experience as a breeder, so I can't help ya. Maybe you could try posting on the "breeders" section, too, and see if you get any responses. I would love to see some pics of the sire acting this way. If you get any pictures of them, please post! |

| We bought our Sophie in Huntsville, she is 2 years old and what a sweetheart. I have never seen a pup as great as she is. And we got our Sampson in Killan, Alabama. He is a great pup too.

| I worked in Huntsville for the government....(13 years) retired and decided to move to Iowa to be close to my grandchildren. I do miss Alabama tho and my Sophie is a true southern belle.l... I just know she barks with a sweet southern accent. I found Sophie from a private breeder in the newspaper. I believe her last name was Houston....She was a great lady. A couple that my husband worked with had puppies and that is how we happened to get Sampson.....both great dogs.
