| The price u pay for them is NOT important, its the love u have for this special breed that counts... i HAVE to agree with the above posts that they are reincarnated humans into small dogs ( that brought a big smile to me face ) Would u love a yorkie that u payed 2000 dollars for more then a yorkie u got for free? i sure wouldnt... a yorkie is a yorkie and they are a breed with intelligents that is very hard to discribe to people that have never owned or know this breed, i count myself very blessed to have met the yorkie breed many years ago... they have such love and life in them they keep u going, even on bad days they can bring a smile to ur face...

| Please don't feel out of place or belittled. The price has a very broad range as you see from everyones post. The price can very from area to area, breeder to breeder. A high price and a low price is no indication as to the quality of the pup. The most important thing is to research, buy a healty pet and buy from a good breeder. Pet quality is not an indicator as to the quality of a dog either. Pet quality dogs can be perfect, beautiful examples of the breed.

| price The price we pay for our Yorkies has nothing to do with anything here..we love Yorkies, free one and $5000 ones. My best ever girl, Katherine was totally free and she was a champion. Katherine gave me Charlotte and Ruby..any they have given me some great puppies...so from ZERO dollars I have gotten "pure gold". |

We went to look at the pups when she was 4 weeks old. She put them all in the floor so I could look at them and check out there characteristics. I sat in the middle of them and one little female came waddling over and I told my hubby, this is the one!!! Haven't had a regret yet!!!! I could've gave $1.00 for her and still have the best friend in the world!!! Thanks everyone!!! I feel like I have hundreds of family on here!!! GO YORKIE'S!!!!!

| She-ra's mama , This is what I am calling true love and money will never be able to buy the love this pup have had for you the first time the little one saw you . Peoples may have paid thousands and thousands dollars but do they have had the immense joy you felt when the little one came to you ? I doubt . |

| Don't feel out of place at all. Consider your self very lucky to find such a great puppy at a great price. I only wish that I had found this website before I bought Reese from a breeder. I paid $2500 for her and now hearing what some people on this website have paid, like less than $1000, I am sort of mad that I didn't look around more and have more people to talk to so I didn't need to spend so much money. I only bought Reese for a pet, not to show, so I know that I could have gotten a much better deal from another breeder. It just seemed like all the breeders in my area MA, CT, NH and NY all wanted between 2 and 3 thousand for a puppy. At this point I absolutely love Reese and do not regret getting her at all b/c I love her so much. I just know when I buy another one, and I know I will, I will be better prepared. Lesson learned!

| She Ra gave you the most precious gift a Yorkie can give . She trusted you and loved you at first sight . You don't have to feel left out . Thirteen years ago Zsa Zsa gave me her trust and loved me at first site . I was so joyful . |

| Don't feel out of place! How much you pay for your yorkie is irrelevant here. People are here because they love the breed and are devoted to their dogs and want to talk to others who feel the same way. As an aside, I actually only paid $125 for my yorkie because I adopted her from a shelter. Then again, she is 2 yrs. old and bigger than the standard, but that doesn't bother me. I saw that the Humane Society had a yorkie at the time we were considering buying one and I thought that we could give her a good home. |

| SheRa, if I had paid that price for one of my babies, I would be smilin and shoutin all the way back to the bank to re-deposit some money. The quality and health of the dog is not necessarily related to the price. The love that Yorkies give us cannot be bought for any price so I say "Good Job" in being open to that baby when she picked you.. |
