| They ate a WHOLE bag of Yogurt drops while I was gone! I went to the Rangers (baseball) game tonight and while I was gone the girls managed to get a whole of a fairly FULL bag of Yogurt drops dog treats and ate the whole bag. CHloe is literally bouncing off the walls. I could not catch her to take her outside. I am reallly hoping she didnt eat too many of them (I imagine Penny ate most of them) because if she did she will probobly get sick. What should I give her if she gets sick?

| I'm sure they will be just fine. It's just like when kids eat too much sugar. Worst case scenario is they puke up all the drops. This happened to Cece when she was about a year old. She ate a whole box of strawberry cake (for dogs) and she was bouncing off the walls for the whole day and evening. She finally drank a lot of water and threw up some of the cake, drank some more water and was asleep for two days, lol. It's was the high and the crash of the sugar.

| Well right now Chloe is really hyper/bouncin off the walls and I cant tell if its from eating yogurt drops or if its just because she hasnt seen me in 4.5 hours. Im hoping its just becasue she misses me.

| I know how it must be for you - my dougal was like that when he got into some chocolate coated coffee beans - I left the room for like 2 mins and they were gone! He went whizz, whizz, whizz round the house - and he had this look on his face "Momma, I don't wanna do this but I can't stop! ", then he'd puke and go whizz whizz whizz again. Poor little fella! (In my own defence I was still a doggy novice at this stage - I do NOT leave stuff on coffee tables anymore!) I hope Chloe will get better soon - be sure to give her lots of loves when she comes off her high!

| My other dog - chewed/ate some Nicorette gum one night --talk about bouncing off the walls.....then managed to get a Demadex table out of my purse and ate that (a diuretic)... These two episodes have really made me careful about leaving "anything" where my dogs can reach them. I had another dog (big lab) that ate almost 6 dozen cookies off the kitchen counter one night. He certainly got sick - had diarrhea and threw up all over the house during the night. The next day he was ready to go again and wanted another cookie...... Your dogs will probably be just fine. Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | LOL ! They are probably gonna be ok - just on a sugar high ? Little sneaks Mine bounce off the wall after I've been gone too - you'd THINK they just drank a pot of coffee - so lets hope your kids were just glad to see you. |

| ***Update***** Well I was right. PENNY ate the yogurt drops. She was eating her food last night and drinking some water and then she threw up the yogurt drops. Tink and Chloe probobly didint even get any yogurt drops, it looks like Penny ate them all. Penny was fine after she got sick. (so that means that chloe's bouncing off the wall, was just becasue she missed me somuch. Isnt that cute? )

| Good to hear that everyone is fine. It's so cute how you could be gone just to take the trash out and when you come back in they are bouncing off the walls and dancing around like you've been gone for a month!

| Glad to hear everyone is fine. A few years ago, we had just returned from Vegas where my hubby bought a 2lb box of his favorite creme filled milk chocolate Ethel M chocolates that he put on his high dresser. My daughter was doing housework and put the chocolates on the bed to dust and forgot them there. She then left the house. When we returned home that evening, our 20 lbs Eskimo Spitz was laying in the middle of the bed with just the paper wrappings from the chocolates all around her. She ate the entire 2 lbs box minus the ONE chocolate my hubby had eaten. Sheena had a case of very explosive diarrhea that evening, but other than that was just fine! I swear that dog has an iron stomach!!
