I'm sure they will be just fine. It's just like when kids eat too much sugar. Worst case scenario is they puke up all the drops. This happened to Cece when she was about a year old. She ate a whole box of strawberry cake (for dogs) and she was bouncing off the walls for the whole day and evening. She finally drank a lot of water and threw up some of the cake, drank some more water and was asleep for two days, lol. It's was the high and the crash of the sugar.
