Lovin' 2 Girls Donating Member | Well, we were'n't kicked out, but... We can add JC Penney's to the list of places not pet friendly. <g> Took Abbie shopping with us, and a somewhat nervous manager approached me to say: "OKay, as long as she's not on the floor".

| I have had Wosie at Penneys before... But it's hard to see her in her bag unless she moves around, so no one says anything. Sorry they gave you a bad time.

Lovin' 2 Girls Donating Member | YES! A movement! lol OK, we can start with bumper stickers: No Pets - NO PURCHASE! She did not spend much, and helped mommy and daddy shop by being bewwy bewwy quiet. We didn't have her in a bag. Just carried her in arms, so I guess we should expect attention.

Yorkie Lover Donating Member | We have always taken the girls with us to JC Pennys and never had a problem, even without them in their carriers, but most of the stores around here don't seem to care that much!! I am sorry that you had a bad experience....

| It doesn't appear to me you were treated unfriendly...didn't they just ask you NOT to put him on the floor? I don't think that's an unreasonable unfriendly request. Maybe the tone of voice they used with you was unfriendly? |

| Wow..I didn't know JCPenney wasn't pet friendly. I take Buttercup to the mall with me all the time and so does everyone here in houston. No one ever says anything. (Maybe it's because the mall is filled with so many people, securities can't see?) |
