| ![]() Peppy is 1 1/2 years old and weighs 3 1/2 lbs. (on a good day after dinner and before he goes poop). Peppy is very active, he is a good eater, extremely healthy. Peppy is fearless, loves to go for walks, chases the cat (when he is allowed down at the barn), had a beautiful floor length silky coat, LOVES people, has never shown any signs of hypoglocemia and has been tested for liver shunt (negative). We accept Peppy for who he is -- an incredibly cute, lively young man, who, by the way, has two daughters and one son who are 5 weeks old. |

| ![]() Awww, thanks for the encouragement! They say this little girl loves people and other animals, too, and that's one reason why they are rehoming her...they don't feel like the life they are offering her is the best for her. Lack of company and stimulation DEFINITELY won't be the problem around my house! *eyeroll*

| ![]() Unless there is a problem, don't create one. If this little one is healthy, and happy, then treat her like a dog! She will be much happier and your life together will be much more pleasant. Have any and all testing done that will rule out liver shunt, and other common Yorkie ailments and then relax and enjoy your new baby. Don't focus on the "tiny" part.... focus on the "I love yorkies" part. She is a gift and is coming into your life for a purpose. ![]() |

I waited a long time to get my own pup, passing up several litters until I felt like the time was "right". So I confess that when this other thing came up at the LAST minute, I felt I'd taken a wrong turn in committing to purchase this pup. It was a huge deal for us to spend that much money on a dog (our pets are usually strays and rescues), and she was supposed to CAP OFF our already significant zoo around here! I really felt like TWO yorkies might put us over the top!!! But my mother quickly reminded me that obviously I was meant to have BOTH of these dogs, and that time would show me why. Of course we are already in love with our first baby, and are excited about meeting our second, TODAY! ![]() Thanks to *everyone* for *all* the words of caution, advise, congratulations, and encouragement!!! This nervous mommy appreciates it!
