![]() you mean a droopy ear that won't go up? You need to tape it. How old is your baby?

![]() Aww your yorkie is so pretty, remmie is 12 weeks, the breeder said that they should have been up by now and that they wouldnt, so he wasnt breeder quality (but i still have rights to breed him) They are droppy i guess, they dont stand up at all

![]() 12 weeks... you can still tape them. My MeeMee and my BeeBee both came to be with perky ears and they kept growing their hair around the ears... and at the time... I thought long hair around the ears were cute so I let it drop down. Now I want MeeMee's ears to go to being erect again........ she is 3 years old! So I shaved down her ear and tape them...... 3 times.... they are sort of up now but I massage her ears almost everyday. BeeBee, however, might be a lost cause! LOL By the way,...... I LOVE poms! I had one as a teenager for 16 years and I miss her sooooooo. Your puppy looks adorable! I wanna see more pictures!

![]() I hope I describe this right.... first... do NOT use scotch tape. I actually use... and nobody laugh... but I use painter's blue tape. Because it is not too sticky and you can take it off easy. I heard someone using medical tape but I have never used that. It's the blue tape in the paint section of your local home depot or any paint store. But... you fold the ears in half..like side to side.... do you understand? and you tape the ear with the tape. That's really it. I think there was a site that had pictures..... but I know I saw a few treads start about taping ears! Leave it on for 2 days... take it off. If it is standing... leave it alone till it drops again. You might need to do it a few times. Hey... by the way... NEW PUPPY means new pics here! LOL Happy mother's day! Are the ears JUMBO? LOL My LungLung has jumbo ears too but it's fully erect! Good Luck with the ears. By the way, did you get to see the parent? Were their ears erect?

![]() no.... like side to side.... LOL If you fold top down... you're asking for floppy ears! I wish I can draw it here...... Hmmm... like an ear is a triangle ... and you fold from side to side.....so it'll look like a stick..... pointing up!

| ![]() Cappi's ears were up until about 3 weeks ago. She is 8 months old. I loved her floppy ears, but then started to get worried about infection and such. So a few weeks ago i took her to have her groomed and they shaved hair off her ears. Then whenever she was laying on my lap I would just hold up her ears one and a time. then i let go. whenever she would put it down I would just hold it back up again! Crazy i know, but I just didn't want to have to tape her ears for some reason! Anyway, one went up in about a day and the other in a week and they've been up ever since!!!
