| Well, nobody else may like the way we choose to trim Paddy's face, but I specifically ask the groomer (who is AWESOME and has yorkies of her own. We Lisa!) to trim her nose and around her eyes so that I can SEE those huge, gorgeous brown eyes of hers. And so she can see too! Paddy's face is so expressive so I think the trimming assists. Here are a few close-ups:

I trim the inner eye corners on Brandy but not on Titan. Actually that's not quite true. I did trim just a few hairs out of the corners of Titan's eyes but nothing you would ever notice. Brandy's hair breaks off and there are always shorties sticking up in front of her eyes so I do trim them. It's true that if you trim them you will have to continue trimming them but since it's so easy to do and takes only seconds it's not really a concern.

same here i took Bo to the vet about two weeks ago and had never trimed his eyes and she told me what ever i done to trim that hair because it can make them go blind so i trimed it that day and i have to say it looks alot better and his eyes dont water as much....so for now until it grows long i am going to keep it trimed.....btw all the dogs are soooo cute i just want to hug them...i hope to get Bo's pics up soon | |
