As long as it's without bubbles it's fine. When we go on w/ends or vacation, i always take bottled spring water for the girls, i never give them strange tap water

| i prefer to give romeo spring or filtered water. becareful with tap water. depending on where you live your water may have high levels of flouride or chlorine that can be hard on yorkies tiny organs. it can be more difficult for their bodies to filter these chemicals. i live in south jersey had did the research on our tap water. it's pretty bad here. i filter my bath water to avoid the high levels of toxic chemicals. don't ever let them drink from puddles outside. they can get lepto a bacteria from animal feces or it could have chemicals from yard fertilizers or pesticide. also avoid lakes, rivers or any fresh source of water in nature. it also could have lepto. it can give your yorkie bad runny poops and require a trip to the vet for meds. people can also get lepto from fresh water outside. my sister lives in maui and tourists frequently get lepto from waterfalls. there it is caused from mongoose feces. when we venture outdoors i bring bottled water for both romeo and myself. |

| I have a brita filter on my tap, but frequently empty the water bottles from around the house in there if I don't water the plants with them. We also use bottled water when we are out and about. I didn't know about the salt though, need to file that away in the ole memory bank, which seems to be failing lately.. hmmm....

| Gus only drinks bottled water. I used to give him dasani but when I heard about the salt, I stopped.
