| Bichon and Yorkie as sisters???? We have a bichon frise who is 18 months and 13.5 lbs. We have been offer a small baby yorkie. We have been wanting to add a second dog to our house. I'm worried that there might be a big difference in size and the Daisy could hurt the yorkie. What is your opinion???? Those that might have 2 different breeds at home please advice?? Both are girls. |

| My family has 3 yorkies that are really far apart in age and weight...KoKo is 7, Sophie is 3, and Hobbs is 7 months. KoKo is really big at 12 lbs, Sophie is 6 lbs, and Hobbs is not quite 3 lbs. They all do fine together! I don't think the weight matters much at all. I think that is it especially good that you are getting another one while your dog is still relatively young. |

| i have a golden retriever, Dixie, who is over 50lbs and Buttercup, who is at 3 months and weighs 1.15lbs, does really well together. Dixie knows her limit when playing with Buttercup and knows when to stop. I think your furbabies would do great together |

| Wow! We have an 18 month old Bichon too! AND her name is DAISY! We got our yorkie about 4 months ago and they are the best of friends, even from the get go. If anything, sometimes Cindy our yorkie picks on Daisy, But Daisy kinda thinks shes cindys mom,so she just takes the nips all in stride lol! So, I say go for it! They will probably get along great! Daisy was just a little shy of Cindy right at first (mabie 3 or 4 days) then they became good friends.
