| ![]() I dont normally watch it but because of the story I did. OMG, it was a great show BUT...how do you not cry every single week. I was crying buckets Friday after that show was over. It was so sad and depressing. I dont know if I could watch it every week. It was a great end for the season. Left a huge impact in my mind... |

| ![]() Okay... brief overview.... The season finale was in two parts. First show, Melinda (Jennifer Love Hewitt) kept seeing these two dead people that were covered in ice crystals. She finally figured out that the man was an airplane pilot and he told her that he was dead and the plane was going down. They lost cabin pressure and everyone was covered in ice. BUT it hadn't gone down yet so she was supposed to try to warn people. Her partner at the store, Aisha Tyler (can't remember her character name so we'll call her A.) said her brother was coming in on a flight and she was worried that he was on that one. She left town to go to his apartment to see if maybe he was already there and while she was gone, the plane crashed right there in their town. Most of the ghosts she saw from then on were airplane passengers but there was one lady who had been on the road when the plane came down and she was killed by it but the rescue crews finally found her daughter alive. She had been looking for her ghost but couldn't find her so she had held out hope that maybe she hadn't died. Back to earlier.... A. had bought her brother a pocket watch for his birthday and it kept stopping on 10:30 (which I believe was when the accident finally happened). Well, after the crash, A. showed back up at the store and said she had heard what happened and she couldn't get anyone to talk to her to tell her if he was on the passenger manifest (found out later this was because no one could see her). Melinda kept trying to tell her that she "had something she needed to tell her" but she didn't. And her husband asked her "did you tell her?". Finally at the end, M. told A. that she had something to tell her and just then A's brother came running up to the store. At first you thought it was his ghost and she was trying to tell A. that he was dead but then he hugged Melinda and started talking about how he took a later flight or something and that's when A. realized since he ran right past her that SHE was the one that was dead. I've gotta say that this episode really left an impression on me. It was very powerful. I just can't believe they killed A. off. I can't help but wonder if she is going to stay around and maybe help M. with the ghosts that she sees. Maybe even help her fight off that one evil one that's been recruiting some of the souls that she tries to send off "into the light". So, there's my overview. Feel free to add.....
