| To teach Chachi dead we used the gun handsignal and told him dead and rolled him on his back. After a couple of times he just started doing it on his own. We used hand signal on all the tricks and Chachi can do them by telling him or the hand signal only.

| Stewie knows a lot of commands; I don't know if I would call them tricks though. Some of them would be I guess. He knows: sit, stay, lay down, do the hokey pokey, dance, bye bye, shake paw, go upstairs, go downstairs, give me a kiss, who is here?, roll over. He does an appropriate response to all of those.

chachi- that sounds like a good idea, I'll try that, thanks. And Kirby knows hand signals for all his commands too, I don't use them every time but sometimes when he is being stubborn the hand signal will get the job done. He knows them all with the hand signal alone too. (I guess this could be useful if we ever have to hide from a monster and I need to him to laydown)

| Another good trick is roll over. After he learns dead just teach roll over by rolling him all the way over. We use hand signal for this too. Chachi will also give kisses on command. I dont know why but my other dog Jewels wont do tricks so Chachi is our trick dog.

| Aren't they all the cutest little doggies? Mitzi knows "give me five" and she plays model when she gets a treat. Then she has the treat in her mouth and parades in front of us and we have to applaude. |

Donating YT 14K Club Member | Tricks???? Mine know several! 1) Jump over the baby gates to get to the areas they aren't suppose to be in 2) Shred toilet paper that has been dug out of the trash and leave it all over the house in a matter of seconds...unheard to human ears 3) Jump on the dining room table to see if any goodies were left behind These are just a couple. They know many others!

| Teddy & Tiffy both can sit, shake U're hand with their paws, catch the ball but never bring it back...(To busy fighting over it!LOL!), catch the football & frisbee, Stay, when I get ready to come in I'll say Come on, lets go...They are precious aren't they...Altho Tiffy caught on faster on the shake then Teddy...It took me awhile to figure out how to get him to do it...He wants U to fight with him after! So that's how I get him to do it. Teddy plays with an old pair of my garden gloves and I'll tell him to kill it and he shakes it to peices. LOL Hugs, Lee |

| umm, let me see. Kizzy knows, sit, stay, the bang trick, roll over, bring it here, and get in your bed. but sometimes after the bang trick she keeps laying there with her paws up waiting for another treat. I have to say , get up kizzy, your not dead, in a few seconds she gets up and we do it again. shes so silly. She has this giggle wiggle ball. She hates it. The first day she got it she played some with it, then just quit. So I would take the ball make it giggle and pet it and say good ball and act like it was another dog. Then I drop it on the floor and she attacks it then runs back to me jumping and barking for me to pick her up and hold her. So now i can say , i going to pet the ball and i will starting saying come here ball and she follows me till i reach down to pick it up, then she tries to attack my hand to keep me from touching the ball but once I let the ball go. she jumps on it and growls and carries on awful until the ball is still then she runs back to me and jumps and barks till i pick her up and hold her and pet her. Does this sound like she is jealous of me and the ball or what? she dont care for me picking up any toy but that one. and thats the only time she touches that ball. I just thought it would make her be more interested in it, but i think she hates it more now. sorry for the long post but had to tell about the ball.

| Let's see... Oscar knows: 1. Go to the door and bark like mad when you need to go outside and go potty. 2. Bark like mad when your toy is stuck under furniture and you can't get it. 3. Bark like mad when you want your mamma to get out of bed in the morning and take you outside. These are all things HE wants to do. As far as sit...forget it...and that is the first one we need to accomplish before we try down and roll over...He is just not into tricks for treats...not at all. He is very smart, don't get me wrong...he is just not motivated to do all the other stuff. Glad is going to work with him some when we meet in June!!! Get ready girlfriend...you have your work cut out for you with Oscar...you might get Wosie going but I am not sure about Oscar!!! Kirby is doing really well...he is such a cutie!!! And very smart...you have a great boy there!

| Oscar knows: 1. Go to the door and bark like mad when you need to go outside and go potty This is the one I would rather Kizzy know than any of the ones she does know. She does on the poop part pretty good but not the pee part. grrr
