| New to Chat Board..... Hello everyone. I am new to this chat board and I was wondering a few things. I bought a 2 year old Yorkie about 8 months ago from an AWESOME breeder (her dogs are shown in the Westminster) and he sure has been a WONDERFUL dog and I love him soo much. The breeder we bought him from has another one that is a year and a half old. She emailed us to see if we were interested in buying another Yorkie. I am kinda undecided on this. So my question is for you veteran yorkie owners...what is it like having 2 of them (2 boys)? Do they get along well? How much does it cost to have 2 of them...I don't want to spend a fortune every year to have 2 dogs. Any information you would have would be GREAT!!! Thanks ladies and I look forward to chatting with all of you in the future. Lesli |

| Hi, Lesli and WELCOME! Welcome to YT! You will get all the info you will ever need here! I have two girls, and have always had two yorkies at a time for many years. They keep each other amused, learn from each other, and are very good friends. (now!, lol) It is a bit more expensive of course to feed and vet care two, but not all that much more. If you have good quality pups with not a lot of genetic medical issues, then your vet care will be routine. I think it's a lot more fun having two! I wouldn't do it any other way! Good luck! Let us know what you decide!

| Welcome to YT!! I have a boy and a girl but getting Simon a sister was the best thing I could have done. They keep each other company, they play together, they occasionally have their arguments but they love each other |
