As I sit here reading with Bailey in my lap, those big brown eyes peering up at me, tears come to my eyes. I am so glad that you have loving people in your life, you deserve it. Your are a beautiful baby and we here, at our house send you prayers, hoping your days are filled with smiles, love and happy dreams.

For my part V...and all of you wonderful people, thank you. If Pepper's story saves just one puppy from having to live like this then it is worthwhile. I have finally found a Vet who is willing to treat him for the "small" stuff, like shots, ear aches and so on. She cares about my little man. Pepper's days are hard for the most part...but you would never know it watching him! His spirit is HUGE and he keeps trying even though all four legs are going different directions. It may take him a little extra time to get where he is going but he DOES get there. I have learned so much from my little love about not ever giving up! Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for caring about my little guy!

What you say is so true! I have been blessed with Pepper and am so lucky to have the chance to have him in my life! We found out a few months ago that our grandson, Tyler, who just turned 1 has Cerebral Palsey, Epilepsy and a few other things wrong with him. Because of what we go through with Pepper everday we were able to deal with this terrible news! Because now we know that life goes on...even if walking is a chore!

Pepper is such a little Ambassador (sp?)! This morning he HAD to stop in and see his friends at the nursing home up the street! LOL if you could see the smiles on those dear peoples faces you too would know that it is all worthwhile. He loves all people and he shares that love freely...so how can I do less? What an amazing blessing this little guy is! I am not special except that I am allowed to hold him and love him everyday.

Thank you for opening your hearts to my baby!

Kathy!! YOU are not special ....?!! I rarely post here anymore but had to post right now ... oh, yes you ARE special girl and we love you and admire you so much!! We also love "Da Judge" the very important, very lovely SIR Pepper!! Anyone here who doesn't know Kathy, believe me I am telling the truth!!! Ana xx

Shoot Ana you are making me blush...and you know that can't be right in a 40+ year old woman! LOL You and V have been MY angels through this, allowing me to lean on you. How is Paul????? Much love.

Girl - you have a whole WORLD to lean on - (our yorkie forums ARE international right ?)

Anyone just has to look at Pepper to see how happy and loved he is....

I've always been proud to know you....you ARE special.

and thank you for sharing his story. I know it's hard to talk about...and it's hard to read... but he IS helping his fellow dogs out there by educating people about Mills and Pet Stores.

I know if he could talk - he would sure have ALOT TO SAY.

Actually - he CAN talk right ? It's typing he probably has a problem with

Pepper is just adorable!! Such a sad story. Reminds us how important it is not to support pet stores that sell puppies. It's hard, as I know, when the only store in town that sells ALL your furbabies favorite treats starts selling pups and they have to change everything they are used to, but so worth it. After boycotting the local pet store that started selling pups, I think I have finally got mine settled into a new food and I don't have to go to that store anymore!!

Oh, that is so sad. Poor little guy! And very good advice to never buy from pet stores, I'm sure we will all spread the word!
