When yorkies get scared why do the crawl up to your shoulder?

HaHa - KimMee does this too when she is at the VET and she can get there so fast - sometimes she even goes for the head- but then she also will sit on my shoulder when we drive to the park at the end of our street.

Sissy crawls onto my shoulder as well and I call her part parrot when she does that. She is part mountain goat cause she likes to climb to the back of the sofa; part flying squirrel when she takes her flying leaps off the sofa/bed, part jack-rabbit when she does her little hops through the yard, and part cat when she lays in the sun spots!!

i used to have a tiny, tiny chi and it would crawl up under my hair which was long at the time to sleep when i would be relaxing in my chair.
