BEWARE of this SCAMMER!!!!
 

Yet another Internet Scammer has come to light, this one hitting WAY too close to home for me.

She is passing off pictures of puppies she's attempted to buy from others (probably just to get the pictures!) as HER OWN PUPPIES, for outrageous prices $5000-$6500...and doesn't even HAVE the dogs, nor to my knowledge any other dog but a Pom named "Butter".

Her name is FARRAH, and she operates out of Greenville SC under the guise of T-CupsRUs.

She has sent people photos of my Mother In Laws little girl who is 1.5 years old and 2.4 lbs and claimed her to be HER DOG for SALE for $5000! The photos she has sent out, ONLY she has ever recieved!

She gives a story about her husband being from India, she had no children when she talked to my MIL about buying her dog, but in my attempting to catch her, she now says she has a son, but the rest of the stories are staying true. She claims to be a real estate agent (and a credit counciler, and a mortgage broker, and her husband supposedly owns a car lot) they are "very wealthy, have a private jet, and homes all over the globe"...

Sounds great right? I think this woman may be seriously mentally ill, she speaks very intelligently and says she has 4 degrees, yet can not spell. She does NOT own my MIL's dog, and I would seriously doubt she owns any of the others she tries to pass off as her "puppies for sale" either. It would be beneficial if anyone has spoken to her, and recieved pictures, for you to post them here, like I am about to do with the little girl she was trying to sell that belong to my MIL so others can see if their pictures are being used for her scam.

Please let this serve as a warning, BE CAREFUL on the internet. NEVER buy a puppy unless you can lay your hands on it FIRST, see where it comes from, and meet it's parents, or at least mother. This woman talks an extremely good game, and I'm sure has convinced plenty to send her $$ and get NO DOG.

Oh Wow. And those are picturees that your Mil had posted and she stole them?

No, they are pictures that were ONLY emailed to her to SEE the dog. She was interested in buying her, but she never came through (I guess her private jet was out of gas that day)...but she SURE put the pics to good use! She is the ONLY person who had ever seen those pics before she started sending them out as her own dog for sale, and until I posted them just now. I PERSONALLY took those pictures, and they have been on my PC since then, never sent to another person. The dog in the pictures is no longer for sale, she is to much of a loved family member to ever go anywhere.

I used to think if breeders had a website, they're at least somewhat ligit. Never would I think they weren't! This changed my entire perspective...

We definitely have to be more careful!

I would have seen a red flag at a 7 yr health agreement!!!

I'm thinking more like pressing charges for internet fraud...federal charges! Might tip her off to scam her back.

Pat, she didn't indicate when she was talking to my MIL or me that she HAD a website, a "brokering business", or anything other than her DEAR LITTLE BUTTER, her pomerainan, who is supposed to be neutered, but I guess that's a lie too..he's up for stud! LOL Wonder how much stud fee is on a neutered dog? LOL

The little orphan girls I've been hand raising's new mommy saw the pics as I was showing her some on my PC of some dogs..and she said WAIT..go back.. and she told me that she almost bought that dog! So of course I had to send her to where she REALLY lives to meet her in person, and the whole story unraveled! The world suddenly got VERY small.

She gives her phone number and address on her site. She even says that breeders use her site to sell their pups. This whole thing is very odd. The 7 year health contract would def send up red flags.

People, this woman is a LIAR and a con artist! No wonder she didn't want people to steal her pictures (this time she's an attorney too???) she knew only too well about stealing pictures! That's what she does, then tries to sell a dog that doesn't even belong to her!

And selling BROWN, Incorrect yorkies for outrageous amounts UNALTERED is a detriment to this breed, much less wanting to propegate them for MORE MONEY! Oh I am getting more and more mad by the second! If anyone wants a BROWN yorkie, I know of two born on complete accident, a genetic OOPS (which is what they are, not RARE and SPECIAL!) who will be for sale for a NORMAL price, neuters required, and though both parents are AKC registered, and the litter eligible to be registered, NO registration! There is no color code, nor room in our standard for a brown yorkie, however when they do happen to be born, they need homes like everyone else...for a NORMAL PRICE!

SoCalYorkie I am ver disappointed in the things I saw you post in that thread. :( I come from money, LOTS Of money, and I still wouldn't pay $8500 for a yorkie or any other dog. The most I've paid is 2000 and that is for my show male from INCREDIBLE background. I've never even sold a puppy for more than 1500, and mine are HEALTHY, beautiful, and bred to the standard, tested for everything under the sun, and their parents are within the standard as well, or I wouldn't have bred them. I have one male yorkie who is just under 3 lbs, and he scares the HECK out of me, he can get under fences right in front of my nose, he is so small and fast, he can dart out the door as I'm walking out before I even see him, he could jump off the couch and break his leg, someone could SIT on him...why anyone would want to pay MORE for a dog that small I have no idea! I wish he were 2 lbs bigger! My best friend has a 2 lb girl who HAS jumped off the couch and broken her leg, TWICE! She has hydrocephalus, legg perthes and grade 4 luxated patellas, not to mention a bile acid test that does what it feels like depending on the day it's tested, she's been through nuclear scans, no liver shunt, she has seizures, WHY? She's three years old and DEAF and almost crippled..that is what you get when you purposely breed Tinies! Okay off my soapbox now. :(

wasnt' there someone else on here just a few dasys ago asking about a breeder they found with a health garantee and ( I"m sorry I dont' know the actual name for it but) the open part on the skull like a baby's soft spot? does anyone know if that may be the same person.
when I was looking for oscar I looked on puppyfind and there were several scammers on there I"m still getting emails from the one who was supposeably a priest.

on the nursery page it says puppies for hire! What does that mean!! :confused:

at those prices you must be able to hire them to mow the grass clean the floors etc.

This is nothing new! She's been doing this for years.. and getting by with it.

The first red flag I saw is the 7 year's health guarantee .

I don't know this breeder at all but something about all of this doesn't seem quite right. Doesn't matter who the breeder is you have to do your homework when getting a pup.

Ding Dong! That's the one... There were a couple of closed threads by this person, and I seem to recall that somewhere in all the babble there was the question of why she was using 2 names....

Someone did get a pup from her, though... :confused:

I just looked at the address, too. You're right, Bonnie's Mom. A suite on Pleasantburg... Pleasantburg is one of the most commercial roads in Greenville.... :rolleyes:

For a little more info on Farrah and what she is up to, google the phone number in your browser. Gets real interesting to what comes up.
She is listed as a Realtor and the phone number is actually the Realtor office.
Anyway Google away and do a little reading.
BTW this is a good way to check anyone out that you are maybe planning on buying a puppy from. INteresting what can come up.
