I am thinking of buying a male pup named buster at shadow creek yorkies in kansas. he would have to be shipped next thursday.i am a bit puzzled cuz she is going out of biz.i asked about her adults & she said they are going to auction. Before i mail this lady $$$$ i was hoping my yt pals knew her. she told me on yt is a chat room called pams yorkies, but i have never seen that topic. I have never heard of auctioning dogs. has anyone? |

Donating YT 14K Club Member | Do a search under Shadow Creek here and there are a few threads. Seems like people have given this place good reviews. However, I DO NOT AGREE WITH DOG AUCTIONS!!!!! Mostly puppymills get involved with places like that!

| I don't know her or this kennel name, but i have to say that selling your babies at an auction is just something i could never do no matter what the circumstances. I would give them away for free to loving homes before I would put them out there like a piece of meat. Just my honest opinon. Best wishes, |

| Dog auctions are just cruel and it means the sellers don't give a hoot about what happens to their dogs - just how much $$$ they bring

| I've only heard good things about her and her pups. Do a YT search of Pam and Shadow Creek Kennel and you'll find several people have purchased from her. When you file bankruptcy, your assets are auctioned off - I don't know if this is what's going on here, but it's possible since you said she was going out of business. So maybe it's just an unfortunate situation. |

| Take your time........please! AND what ever you do.............Don't buy from internet yorkie sellers in TEXAS. Trust me, I have first hand experience....you will get sick puppies, ones that may not be full blood yorkies too...... If I had it to do all over again, with what I have learned here at YT and my own experience..........NO WAY WOULD I BUY FROM THE INTERNET and of course would never have one shipped. I wish you all the best of luck finding your new baby, please just be careful and take your time. |
