OOPS! I'm very sorry about that. Dylan's coat is pretty thin for a 10 week old but that could have MUCH to do with genetics.

| I believe I do. I am a new dog owner so I don't know much. On saturday we picked him up from the breeder. They gave us records of his shots and the AKC paperwork which I had to fill out and transfer him over to me. I did ask the breeder why is his hair so short and she said he is a late bloomer. I did see the mother and father, which they had a lot of hair. All I saw were yorkies around but that don't mean anything I guess. I just love this little guy and I don't want anything to happen to him. Me and my partner always say he looks younger than 10 weeks. He weighs 2.8pds. He is a happy little guy but it worries me that he has no hair. (now watch I go home and his hair will be out- like I did yesterday)

| Welcome to YT Imani. He looks like like a pup I was going to get a while back and everyone here told me no because he didn't look purebred. Your pup does look mixed. |

| Hi, I bought my furball back in Nov. She was 8 weeks old and looked like your little one. Everyone thought she was a rotti. She is now 7 months old and still does not have a lot of hair I mean her head, she got a lot more body hair but still not enough on head to pull back. Any way I was concerned too. I also came here for advise and one person asked if her parents were black and tan. Well they were, she said that it might take a little longer for her hair to grow in. But she is looking mighty fine now. My husband also calls her a rat. Do not be concerned! The hair will come in. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR NEW FURBABY. AND WELCOME TO YT!! |
