| Are you obsessed with your Yorkie? I am!! I think I am, I Love Tinkerbell so much. I have 3 skin children plus a maltese and of course Tinkerbell. My skin babies are my life, but I feel like this little creature God sent me is almost like my baby. I got Tinkerbell when she was only 6 weeks and I felt so bad for her because she was taken from her mom at such young age I just wanted to care for her and love her. Don't get me wrong I love my maltese but I do feel different about Tinkerbell. She is everything I've ever wanted in a dog, she is sweet, smart, funny, loving, she is always happy to see me, she takes naps with me even if she is not tired, I just love her sooo much. I work by a petshop and I will stop to buy her stuff but feel too tired to go buy groceries . Does anyone feel like I do? Oh yeah I love posting pictures of her. I hope I don't sound dumb. |

| Totally understand!!! I have 4 skin kids and a maltese and 2cockers plus my yorkie. The other dogs stay outside most of the time and my yorkie gets the run of the house. I am constantly buying things for my yorkie and the rest can pretty much bet that once in a blue moon I'll bring home a bone for them. I to am to tired to go grocery shopping but have no problem running all over the countryside for the best food, toys, treats, etc for the yorkie!!! I think I'm obssesed...... |

| I feel much better I was going to mention, my maltese does stay inside but most of the time he stays in his xpen, especially when I am not home, Tinkerbell gets to stay out. I do feel guilty sometimes about that but I don't think I could stand the thought of her being caged . |

| Me too I am totally obsessed with my Dezi. I have two kids (ages 18 and 19) and a sweet loving husband. But Dezi is so special. I wanted something small and loving. Something to nurture and Dezi is just that. I think about her all day. I hate going to work and leaving her home. I wish I can stay home and be with her all day. My husband thinks I am crazy. He loves her very much, but I am totally obsessed with her. Can't afford to stay home with two kids in college. As soon as college is over, I will be home with Dezi 24/7. |

| We should rename this forum to Yorkie Obsession. Ollie is the center of our world. My kids are all grown. They all think I am obsessed with her. |

| Whenever I am away, I can't wait to get back home to my 3 guys. I wish I could bring them to work with me. If I had it my way, I would take them everywhere I went. I am totally obsessed with these guys. My guys have their own personal chef...ME...I cook for them twice a day. I don't even do that for myself. My friends and colleagues think I am over doing it a little. I DON'T!!!! |

| I am totally obsessed too. People think I'm crazy because I'd rather be home playing and napping with Coco Mo then being out doing young people's stuff. It's just a different kind of love and hardly anything grosses me out about her (except poop). I love kissing her freetos feet and kissing her wet nose, and letting her lick me all over my face. I secretly feed her ice cream or stuff off my fork. My b/f and family would get so grossed out if I told them, but that's my "WHAT I DO ALONE" behavior..shh

| I used to think I was, but now I just consider it a part of my life. Two years ago I didn’t even know what a Yorkie was! Now I can’t imagine life without one.

| So I guess I am not alone....lol. I didn't think I was . It is just that all this is new to me, the obsession, I have had dogs in the past and there is only another dog(his name was Tigre he passed away more than 10 years ago)I have loved as much as my Tinkerbell.I get sad even when I think anything might be wrong with Tinkerbell, I cry when I read some of these posts here about other Yorkies being sick, lost, or just mistreated . I was a stay at home mom, until I got here to Korea and was offer a job in the school where my kids go. I originally didn't want to work because of Tinkerbell, but here in Korea they dont have americans schools where I am at, so I have to pay for my kids schooling . I asked the principal if I could come home once or twice during the day to check on my Tinkerbell and wouldn't you know he agreed . I come and see her during the day |
