| Funny Story! I had posted on the Health forum about Zoey's hair loss and subsequent diagnosis. While we were at the vet for that visit, the doctor kept complimenting Zoey on what a good girl she was and how good her disposition was. When we left she repeated to me again that Zoey was a very good dog. If she could have seen her in action yesterday!!! LOL! We took our daughter to a near by theme park for the day and didn't want to leave Zo-zo locked up in her kennel all day long so we cleared out the exercise room of anything that could hurt her and put all her toys and supplies in, put up the baby gate and left for the day feeling like she would be okay. Now we also have a 15 year old Shih-poo who hasn't needed to be locked up for years and we thought he would do what he always does these days and go lay near her so she would know he was still around. When we got home last night and went to unlock the sliding glass door, there sat Gadget as always, waiting for us. Sitting next to him feeling very proud of herself was Zoey!!!! My first thought was, "Oh my Gosh! What did she chew up and where did she potty? The pee pads were IN the workout room where she was NOT!" After a fast look around, she hadn't torn up anything and she had done her business on the newspaper underneath our birdcage. (Good girl!) So then we thought, "How did you climb out, stinker?" We put her back in and sat back to watch. Then I noticed all these little white pieces on the carpet at around the same time that Zoey walked THROUGH the baby gate! They just don't make things like they used too! What I thought were plastic coated wires were simply plastic and our little escape artist who has never chewed anything but her toys had chewed a Zoey sized hole through it! LOL |

| What a good story. I have the same baby gate I guess. I found a whole in the bottom corner, but so far Sadie has not been able to push herself through. It is now the size of a fist and I was dog sitting my parents Yorkie and never noticed it until Mandy walked straight through it the other day. Lot of good it was. I turned it upside down and used it that way. These little Yorkies can be so smart. |

When I come home she is always waiting , I can tell if the two yorkie terrorist have done something by her face. I spent 30 minutes yesterday picking up torn paper towel. They keep life exciting..............Cindy |

| Hahahah! The little escape artist should have her own TV show. Actually, I think it would have been funny to put a camcorder up and let her re-create her actions. :P We have a little plastic gate for our patio which Yoda has always been afraid of. When we leave him in the kitchen, we can close both sliding doors, though when he was a pup, he'd chew up the wallpaper to show his displeasure towards us! |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Thank you for the funny story ! That whole post was hilarious - I can just picture her sitting there so proud of herself ! I feel so sheltered - no one is away from my babies for any length of time - I always hated leaving Chanel (very lucky to work from home) and there is usually someone here when I am gone ! I'd hate to think of how she would act if we WERE gone for the day ! The Yorkie Terrirists comment was Very Accurate ! |

| Definately Proud of Herself! Yep, Zoey was definately proud of her accomplishments. We have laughed until we cried at how dignified she was as she squeezed through that hole and then looked at us as if to say, "See? I AM a big girl!" They are the cutest things, aren't they? |
