| whelping questions I need a little advice on whelping. My Reese was 63 days along on Monday the 20th. She has had a clear discharge for the last four days. Is this normal? The puppies are still moving around, and she seems healthy. She has a appointment with the vet in the morning to check her progress. Any advice would be greatful. |

| First time moms will alot of times whelp after their due date. Some females have been known to whelp as far as day 72. I would defenitely take her to her vet appt. but as far as being worried I'd say everything will be fine considering the pups are still moving and the mom is showing no signs of stress. If she does start showing signs that she is in distress take her to the vet right then. I would take her temp too..

| Yes I have been taking her tempature, but it's pretty much been all over the place. This is my first litter, and I have done extensive research, but with all the studying that I've done, I feel like I know nothing. Maybe because she is my baby. |

| Just wanting to wish you good luck! Yes, I would say visiting the vet is a good idea...
