Does the velcro get stuck? Some of the velcro harnesses are so cute, but do they get caught in their hair; and is there any danger of them coming undone?

I use the velcro harness from Cloak & Dawggie and they do not come loose and they do not get stuck on Dezi's hair. Dezi is 13 weeks old, it may be that her hair is not long enough, but for now, they do the job. I can pick her up with the velcro harness and it does not come off.

I have a harness dress that Connie made...the velcro doesn't get stuck to Trixie's hair on it. My sis's dog has one that she made too and when Molly walks her with it on, even if she pulls on it alot, it stays fastened nicely.

For day to day I prefer a step in harness but on the rare occasion that it is cold enough for a coat, I have a harness coat. I also have a couple of harness dresses for special times. The velcro holds great but I do have to take a little extra care putting it on to keep the hair from getting caught.
