He sure is cute..I think his ears are bigger than his body!! What a responsible thing you're doing following through with the court case. Hopefully because of all the time and enegry you put into it other people won't have to suffer at the hands of this "breeder". I don't know how old you are ( you look young in your pics), but you are certainly light years ahead of many adults on the responsibilty meter!! Good Luck in court and keep us posted and the best of luck with your new baby.

She didn't pick up the certified mail affadavit. Now to continue with the case we need to come up with $50 to get her served by a sheriff. Not that we don't have $50 between us, but it's so hard to keep spending more money when we are already over $700 in lost cash because of this woman.

I am angry and not really sure how to proceed from here. My boyfriend is mad, he wants to go to her house (which is never locked) and liberate the yorkie we've seen in there. But that would just get US in trouble when SHE should be paying for her crimes!
