Im ready to kill Lil Miss Bluebear!! Not really but Im at my wits end! She is pooping and peeing everywhere! SHe doesnt even have a designated area! Shes 6 months old and I bought her at 5 months. She is my daughters dog and I was told she was broke to papers..........NOT!!!!! Goes in the playroom, bathroom, bedroom, everywhere!! I have a beagle who is very well broke and scratches at the door to go out, Lil Miss goes out too and then comes in and goes on the floor............GRRRRRRRRRRR! My thinking was Becky the beagle would teach her the ropes! Any suggestions?

I'm sorry you are frustrated. You gave her the privilege of all the free roaming space but it is time to take it away since she pees and poops all over the house . You need to confine her to an area or crate train and start potty training her. You may have to start from the beginning.

LOL........... I know you guys were gonna say that! SHucks, I wanted a magic remedy! I knew better, believe me to not let her have free roam of the house, its very big and the whole place has turned into her potty! She is very jealous of the puppies still here, and seems to have an "ACCIDENT" during puppy playtime everytime! Back to the beginning.

oh I have the same problem with my 7 month old. I am also at my wits end. I need the magic remedy or time to work with her. I'm hoping with better weather and camping that she will get better. I think I need new carpet because of her.

I had a very hard time training my Yorkie also. I think she was 1 1/2 before she finally got the drift that pee and poo goes outside. She is now 2 1/2 and I will still once in a while find little presents. My vet kept insisting I needed to crate train her but that was a disaster from the begining cause she went number 1 and 2 while in it and that was gross and got old real quick when everytime I walked in the door I had to give the dog a bath. The crate was not to big either cause I heard "oh its to big for her then" NOPE people she's just a little mentally challenged. Have you tried going out and watching her and praising her when she goes then giving her a treat? I think that helped Misti. Good luck and don't give up I have heard from several people these dogs are hard to train. Just be glad she's not a big Lab who leaves huge logs and lakes on your carpet.

| A trick I heard about is to tie their leash to your belt for a weekend. Everytime they make the move to go, grab them up right away to their designated spot. If they do go there, give them a small treat. It's alot easier to watch them if the never go 4 fett away from you. I know it seems like a lot of time and effort, but think of the payoff!!!

It takes a long time for theses pups bladders to mature. Snoodles wasn't trained until she waas 9 months old! And this with both my husband and me doing the training! She would go out, come in and do her business. It is frustrating, but hang in there! She is 14 months old now, and NEVER goes in the house! Oh Joy! Pat
