YT "Only Yorkie Child" Club (OYCC)!
 
Alright, if your Yorkie is an ONLY Yorkie child (no other Yorkies, other pets are fine :D), reply here. We need support around these parts, everyone seems to have two or more cute Yorkies lately. (Okay, so I'm just jealous of you multi-Yorkie parents, but I know there are some only Yorkies out there like my Yoda). Feel free to join the Only Yorkie Child Club (OYCC) if you have an only Yorkie! :)

And yes, you can still join if you plan on getting another Yorkie later on! ;)

Yoda's a very lucky only Yorkie child, we've had him for over 3.5 years now and he has no skin brothers or sisters, no pet siblings, and no fish siblings either. He loves being spoiled and really loves his Mommy and Daddy (we hope!). At times he does get lonely and wants more attention than we can give him, but he seems pretty and happy and is very social (to humans and fellow doggies) when we go out.

I didn't think YT was a discriminatory forum. HMPF! Simon wants to be an only child, does that count? He says his sister is mean and steals his stuff!

Vivi is an only Yorkie; however, she shares space with two house bunnies--Gracie and Ruby, and one guinea pig--Max. :)

Awe!! Yay.. Wookie is a proud member too!!! Sometimes he has pet scorpions and random stray bugs that he finds around the house.. but that's about it! :D

brownie is an only yorkie child but does have 2 other brothers 3 sisters and his own fishy does that count ?

Ollie is an OYC, but hopefully not for long. I too am very jealous of those who have a housefull and hope to add to our family soon. We're retired and have nothing better to do than to dote on our new babies. My kids think I've flipped. I'm spending their inhertance on Yorkies.

Coco is an only child. No other pets, no human kids, nada...Just me and my baby girl and occasionally her daddy when we let him come play..lol..Can I be the Vice President of this club?

Starr is an OYCC too. I have no children just her. She also has a fish named MR. Spacely...b/f named him.....his bowl looks like a spaceship!

bunjee's an only child. no other siblings, fur, skin, or otherwise. he's a little bummed today. it's raining and his mommy's in bed with a cold. :(

Kobe is an only child. He does have to share the house with 2 siamese cats which he loves to chase out of the room. He has been with us for 7 wonderful years and is absolutely spoiled rotten. He has a human mommy and daddy. And 2 human brothers and 1 human sister that help with the spoiling.

Miko is an only child too :) No human siblings or fursiblings of any kind, only cousins and furcousins :) He is very spoiled but very social with other dogs and humans too! I love my Miko sooo much, and he loves being an only child, but I know he would love having a companion too ;)

Minnie Mouse is an only child to, other then my granddaugter. She seems happy enough. I know she loves her mommy and daddy if one of us leave the room for to long when we come back in she is soooooo happy to see us.

Reuger's an only child too. We have an outside cat (his bestest friend) and an airdale named Mollee. When he's in the house he's all alone, no other furbabies to play with. I would love to get another yorkie, but hubbie isn't too happy with the thought. Maybe in the future when Reuger gets a little better house trained. Meanwhile it's usually just Reuger and me!!!

I have just been appointed president. As president I appoint vainchick as vice president because... she asked. Our first topic of discussion is:
What makes us SO much better than those lame people with more than one Yorkie? We aren't jealous at all. Nope. Not a bit. :rolleyes:

Another only child
 
Bubba is an only child at home. His skin sisters and brother have left home but live close by and visit often. He has a friend (mini Doxie) who lives next door and occassionaly comes over to play in the yard but Bubba doesn't like him to come into the house (it causes peeing-even though he is neutered).

Oscar is an only child too! I would love to have another but his daddy wants him to be an only child - forever! LOL We have a grandson who comes over every now and then and is in that stage where he wants to grab handfuls of Oscar...Oscar does not know how much in danger he is because he just wants Nathan to love on him...I watch them really close when he is here...here is my Nathan...an angel don't you agree?

hahaha... well ....
- we don't have to deal with "mommy, he's got my toy!", "mommy, he's got MY bully stick! and i have to have THAT ONE!".
- only one set of poop to pick up and toss.
- if there's an accident on the livingroom floor, there's no mystery, no faces staring up at you saying "it ain't me!"

... what else...???
... although sometimes i'm thinking... if you can't beat 'em... join 'em!!

VERY good points.
Those of us using peepads undoubtedly go through them much slower than the "others."
We have more room in our beds.

I would love to have more--maybe someday :rolleyes: Mayzie does enjoy my two skin kids. She is my only inside fur princess--er, uh I mean fur child.
