| Bless your heart and that poor little baby! If you don't mind sharing, what treatment did the vet suggest? Lasix?

The reason I ask if you picked them up or if they were shipped to you was because if they were shipped he would of had to take them to the vet for a health certificate.. Did you ask him to see both parents? But I am sure he probably could have just showed you two dogs and told you they were the parents, knowing darn well he was lying! I am so sorry this has happened to you.. I will pray for your lil' one.. Please keep us updated on both of them! Does his states have a dog lemon law?

He feels neglected.........and he was my one and only for 7 years.......he just doesn't know what to think about what all is going on in this house. poobaby........

| I also have a question. Did you get registration papers from him for your puppies? If so you should be able to tell if he was the litter owner or if he bought the pup from someone else. |

| you should still be able to get the pedigree from akc. It won't give you the names of the owners but sometimes you can find info on certain sites. It may help you find the litter owners and you could go from there. |

| I don't know why this slipped my mind but if you have the papers on the pups then you should know who the litter own is and who the breeder is. I still have my papers (getting ready to mail them in) and it is on mine. They have to send all the info to AKC and they have to look it all over and then the papers are sent back to the litter owner to give to whoever buys the pups. I would go over your paperwork again and check it out. I wanted to add that point is this. Since you are having problems wiht your pups then you can at least get in touch wiht the litter owners and talk to them. You should also have an address for them as well. | Contacted AKC I have the information to go about getting what the AKC has about the breeder......owners? One pup is AKC and one is ACA. Anyway, how accurate do you think these AKC reports would be ? I mean really, people that breed dogs for all the right reasons (to better the breed???no?) would not sell to this operation in the first place. SO, when I get a chance to catch my breath, I will get those reports. Wow, can you imagine a conversation with the "real breeder" of one of these pups I bought ( both different )? I will have to buy the book "how to talk to an idiot breeder of Yorkies, if you must"........wait; I'll have to write it first..........HAHA What an education this has been too, and continues still . Love that! |

| I am so sorry to hear about your sick babies. At least they are blessed to have such a loving mommy. Grrrr, I hope something can be done about that man!

They will just keep cranking out those pups for dane, to collect their cut. Someone asked if I had my pups shipped to me, the answer was no , at least I did that part right..would never do that even without any knowledge about it. Horrible trauma, as if what these puppy mills wasn't enough, then you have the idiots that ship these innocent little babies.......now that is sick. Have you read the story about the gal that had one shipped from Texas and the crate had a whole in it , was all banged up? Horrid!

| Actually a lot can be done with the breeders name and then the litter owners name. You have both names and you can make a report on both of them. If these pups have so many problems thenget the info from your vet. Make copies of the records and then send them to AKC and then also to ACA. Send one letter for each person. There is a lot that can be done since you ahve those names. I wasn't trying to be a smart $@% but I know if I were in your place this is what I would be doing. Hope your babies get better. |

| I just took a look at his website. I can tell you that I feel nauseated now. I simply cannot believe that he has pictures of the newly born little babies on there. It certainly comes across that he is willing and ready to sell them ASAP. |
