| And I thought you were being bashed by people who only believes in rescues. I met a person once who thought I was a terrible person for buying a purebred. She wouldn't stop preaching to me about rescues. I completely understand there are so many animals out there that needs homes but I also have a right to bring home a PUPPY of my choice. I applaud rescue mom's and dad's everwhere who opens up their hearts and gives so much love to animals who are unwanted due to advanced age, illness, physical hadicaps, etc.

| We have had a few stories in the news here about puppy farms and such. Plus with the animal channel now showing so many animal "cop" shows, many of them focus on the same things, and always the poor animals are neglected, and in poor condition just to get puppies and make a buck. I think that maybe people are thinking of those situations rather than the fact that all the beautiful breeds had to start out as a puppy born of two animals who had to breed. I would let it bother you, with each little puppy you hand happiness over to another family. |

| lol Whispermom ..i'd kiss you but i'm not that kind of girl..lol i never thought to deal with it that way but it's cute and perfect and not mean..so i could say something like that..Thank you. I can understand some peoples ill feelings towards breeding because I can honestly say I have em too..There are sooo many puppy mills out there it's no wonder people feel that way..BUT and a strong BUT..people should be considerate to find out if I am that kind. If those girls would of took the time to listen to me they would of known by the way I talk that I am a good breeder and that I have a love for alot of things including animals.. But I'm a mom of four and a wife to one so i do have a strong back and can handle much..it just hurts that some people can be so cruel without even giving it a thought..not to mention it bites me right in the heiny when i'm nice to someone and they are rude to me..what is this world coming to..I will say this i turned the other cheek and wished both of them a nice day and left the room.. |

| You know what.... If someone make a rude comment about you being a breeder... Ask them if they have children. If they say yes, then you can say "Oh! So you're a Breeder too!" and walk away.
