| haha! Lacey had the same exact thing! It was so goofy to look at. She's 10 months old now and she had them until she was about 7 1/2 months. The front 2 eventually fell out and the 2 behind them are her adult teeth! I wish they all would've stayed cause it was too damn funny! |

| Molley & Lacey - what you have is their baby teeth and their adult teeth. You need to have the vets look at both of their teeth to determine if they will come out on their own or if the vet needs to remove them. This will cause big health problems if these teeth are not removed. Most people have the teeth removed at the same time their dogs are spayed or neutered.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Cali is 8 months old and has kept every single one of her baby teeth. She looks like a shark. I will have them removed when she gets spayed.

| Shark teeth time!!! Seary had two rows on top and bottom. LOL it was quite a sight to see. If they havn't fallen out by the time she gets spayed, most likely the vet will want to pull them.

| Chloe has 2 sets of teeth on top and bottom right now but they are starting to fall out! Thank goodness that they are falling out on there own that way the vet wont have to pull them all. Now Daisy was toothless about a week ago bc hers were all falling out but now her adult teeth are starting to come through!

| At what age do the adult teeth start to come in? We have Missy set up for her spaying the end of April when she'll be 6 months old.

| I have found that on the smaller yorkies they seem to retain both sets of teeth and have to have their baby teeth removed..... |

| Casper had teeth just like that too! The vet said he would need them removed eventually, but they fell out all by themselves. the last one was especially funny b/c i was trying to brush his teeth and he realy wasn't too into that well when i started to brush the last tooth popped out and fell on the floor I was freaking out thinking i had hurt my baby (my boyfriend was making it worse teasing me) but then i check and saw it was only one his doubles.

| My male, K.C., had 3 baby teeth pulled at about 10 months. Didn't seem to be bothered by the extractions (under anesthesia) at all. No recovery time to speak of. I think the vet bill was about $60.00 which included the pain medicine he was sent home with. His were his canines and they were right up against the adult teeth which looked like a good place for bacteria to set in to me. I did manage to pull one myself, but it was really loose and the others didn't even seem to wiggle a little. |
