| Vet just called....... She said that overall things looked fine with Daisy, just her liver enzymes were just slightly elevated..but not enough for the vet to be too concerned. She said that she very well could have eaten something that was poisonous to her, like a bug or plant leaf, and that caused the reaction, which in turn would have cuased the enzymes to elevate. She says its up to me what to do..could do a liver ultrasound to see if any damage but it may not even show anything if it was just elevated at the time. Or I can keep a close watch on what she eats, and repeat the blood work in a few months to make sure it hasn't gone up. I think im going to go this route UNLESS she shows signs of anything else. She is eating fine, acting fine, never would know about the ordeal yesterday looking at her now. So I guess just keep her in your thoughts that this was a one time thing and I dont have to do anything further with it!! Thanks for all the kind words and thoughts

It was scary. Im so hoping that they were just elevated at the time because of what she possibly ate, and that she does't have liver problems. Only thing I can really do fr now is just keep a close eye on her and take it fron there. If any otehr symptoms occur or she starts throwing up, I take her in for more tests.
