A.c.a.??? I saw an ad in my local newspaper for Yorkie pups that were ACA registered. What is the ACA? Does anyone know? I already have a Yorkie and we are looking for another.

I have been looking for another puppy and I too keep seeing puppies that are aca registered and I have no idea what that is; I have never heard of it.

Thanks Thanks so much Sebastian's Mom! I do hope we get another Yorkie soon! I just can't wait! My Yorkie Riley is just dying for a baby sister/brother!

Uh Oh I am not sure if I feel comfortable purchasing an ACA registered pet! I went on their website under the "Find a Puppy" section and looked under my location and all of the places were pet stores! NOT BREEDERS! Can breeders still register their puppies with the ACA though? Why don't they just register with the AKC! AHHH!

| There's a lot of debate on whether or not to purchase a puppy from a breeder who does other than AKC. Regardless, I think you're right to steer away from anywhere who deals primarily with pet stores Glad to hear you did your research
