| urine smell??? Hi guys!! i have a question. My yorkie, Hunter, is pee pad trained (well sometimes) ! haha. But he usually pees on the pee pads and the strong smell of urine is horrific.!!! I can't change the pee pad everytime he pees because he pees probably 10 times a day and if i did that i'd have to buy new pee pads everyday which i can't afford! I plan on trying to convert him to outside training soon! (i also need advice on this) but how do you get the house to not smell like urine. Hunter always sneezes if i spray air freshners? I read on another post about something called nature's miracle? Does this work! please help! thanks in advance! TyAnn |

| I use vinegar and water mixed with odor ban. I get the odor ban from sams club. You could just use vinegar and water alone. Or mixed with lysol or something like that.

| Get serious I have two yorkies, and I am gone all day so when I return the pee pads and along with "accidents" the house would have a urine smell (lots of rain this year so house has been closed up), I had been using Natures Miracle and it works pretty well, but I found a new product that is even better. It is called :Get Serious" it is made in my home town and is carried at Petsmart, it works absolutely fantastic. For tuff stains, you can warm in the microwave. It has taken out every stain I have tried it on and it is all natural, no chemicals. It is rather high end ($14 a bottle) but it works really well. |
