| Bad Breath when teething? It's been a while since I have had a young puppy, and I can't recall if they get bad breath during the time they begin to lose their puppy teeth? My little Lydia 3/4 yorkie, 1/4 Maltese is rounding 6 months, and just started to drop some baby teeth...and also started having some BAD breath! I'm crossing my fingers that it is temporary. My 6 y.o. Yorkie Lacey has horrible breath and loves to hug and kiss everyone! Kara Lacey Tessa Chelsie Lydia |

| My yorkie is 6 months now and she started to get bad breath just a couple weeks ago and started to lose her baby teeth. I was wondering that too if it was normal. I dont know. Anybody shed some light on thia subject?

| Gus had really foul breath when he was losing his teeth. He had double rows - adult coming in next to the baby teeth - even with brushing it was bad but it was only temporary.

| Yes, it's due to their teething process. I went through the same thing with Tig meister. He's eight months old now and has wonderful kissey breath. But man it was horrid when he lost his teeth. It'll pass just give it time.
