| 1st bath time and ear trim... i gave snickers a bath at home for the 1st time....do they usually shake for a really long time after? she was at the groomers 2weeks ago and they said once every 5-6weeks but her coat looked greasy what does everyone here do? i used the aussi shampoo/conditioner that was recommended on another thread and then tried to trim her ears to help them stand - i was afraid to shave them and hurt her so i trimmed them they look a lil silly from the back - i may tape them next... her ears are only half up right now |

| Not sure how old your furbaby is but I use a warm towel and turn the heat up if I do not blow dry my two. Lacey in particular gets cold and shivers. I use Chris Christensen products for in between bathing and weekly baths. I use a baby shampoo for around the face so soap will not hurt if it gets in their eyes.Mine are cold if they shake. When I do not blow dry, if they are warm enough, they run around and play like crazy kids, they don't shake. |

| I forgot to mention, if you feed people food, do it sparingly, if at all because it really isn't good for them all the time, and they will not eat regular dogfood if that is their diet, or mine won't. |

| Mitzi does the shaking bit until I get the blow drier on her. She loves that part. I also dry her in a warm room. I usually bath her twice a week, and today she decided to get in the shower with me!! LOL!! She seems to like the water, so I make the most of it

| Since most of these guys don't like to sit still...they have cute little bath robs with hoods that should keep them fairly warm until they dry a little. They have really cute ones at Target right now!

| Try putting a towel in the dryer so that it is nice and warm when you get her out of the tub. |
