| ![]() I used Johnson's baby shampoo, spray and something like a conditioner. But dander was killing her -- constant itching would make her snow. I realized that they have no tears shampoos, detangling sprays and conditioners for puppies. They are pricey, but are specifically designed for pets (ex. pH balanced for their skin). I feel more comfortable to use those as to not to have her itch that much anymore. Try baby stuff first, maybe you will not have the problems I did. |

| ![]() Another excellent conditioner is Mane and Tail leave in conditioner. You can use it full strength after a bath. Massage it full strength into matts and then rinse thoroughly. For daily conditioning add a small amount to a spray bottle of water and you have a quick, inexpensive conditioner. WELCOME to YT. Can't wait to see pics! |

| ![]() The whole key to how easy it is going to be to groom depends on the hair type. A silky is easy to comb through a cottony is not. My girl has A silky coat and I let hers grow out. It is long and pretty and pretty easy to groom. My male has a cotton coat that matts easily and we keep him short. A good shampoo and conditioner and leave in conditioner is a must for long hair. Also I suppliment with Missing Link which is good for the hair and skin. My girl has a real shiny coat. I get this at Petsmart.
