Confessions of a crazy dog owner

We got the girls some homemade treats the other day and I asked the guy what was in them and he was like "here try it"....it was cheeseburger flavor, but I couldn't come up with the guts to try them but there were several other dog owners who were trying them out...so it is not just yorkie lovers!! I might just have to try a piece next time they get one!!!

Funny.........I was just told yesterday that I was crazy.....I emailed a friend pictures of Mojo (his Valentine's pictures) and stories from here (gift exchange, his Valentine sweetie, etc)....she thought I had lost my mind!

I try food and treats....not all of them, but you just wonder. Have you noticed that on some, they say "not for human consumption"....it makes me wonder if and why I should feed it to me.

I've had friends send Mojo treats from doggie bakeries (don't have any around here) and they look and taste better than some human treats I've had!

I agree, some of the stuff from doggie bakeries do look better than the stuff I make for me and my husband to eat, lol. But I really cant cook all that well so thats really not sayig much

I'm not sure how good confession is, what i realize now is that it sure is funny when someone admits they are doing the things you are doing. I've tasted just about everything I've offered SHUGA. Treats, dry food, pouch food, canned(had to hold my nose). The most fun I've had was at my bank where they give doggie bonz at the drive up, when handed one I took a bite before I left the window, thought the teller(who knows me well) was going to have a fit. She said,"Mr.Bob your eating dog bonz". I laughed all the way home, and know when I visit the bank they give me two bonz, so SHUGA will get at least one. B

I have tried both the yogurt drops and the ice cream..both were very yummy...I see no craziness. we just know our pups have good tast when it comes to snacks...hummm...ok sometimes. When I had our bunny I even tried her food. We got her the very yummy food and it had papay, banannas, and other goodies in it.

You know, for years I have been very careful about which human food I give to my furkids, now I will have to be even more careful about which Puppy treats I give to my friends -- I want to keep all of the good stuff for ME!!!!

I haven't tried the yougert drops or icecream, but they do look way too good. I wonder how many weight watcher's points a serving of freeze dried doggy ice cream would count for? Anybody???
