| Teddy sleeps through most of the night. He does take naps in the afternoon but since we are at work, I'm not sure how much of the afternoon he sleeps. But when we get home in the evening, he usually stays up and play with us until bedtime. On the weekend I notice that he usually takes an afternoon nap on our lap for like an hour or so. Usually puppies tend to sleep a lot. Teddy used to sleep a lot but not that he is about 8 months old, he doesn't sleep as much like when he was 3 months old |

| Mine sleeps most of the night. She gets up two or three times for water, or to go potty. She has sleepy days and non sleepy days. It depends with her. She doesn't really have a pattern as yet. |

| All yorkies are different.Lady is 27 months old and sleeps ALL day long, she sleeps all night and most of the day too, infact, between being confined because she still pees everywhere, eating, and sleeping,I dont see her all day! lol. Jess is different. She is almost 2 and NEEDS to be close by all the time,so she spends the day following me around the house, playing, eating, sitting on the balcony etc.She doesnt sleep anywhere near as much as Lady does. |

| Twinkie is 5months old and she does not sleep as much as she did when we first got her at 12weeks. I would have to say she sleeps about 10-13hrs a day. But that also depends. When she has nothing to do she just sleeps. When we have people over and there is a lot of stimuli in the environment she is up and alert.

| Alfie is 5 and he sleeps all thru the night and takes little light naps during the day but usually only when he is not getting any attention. I love it when he falls into a heavy sleep cos I get to hear him snore and I love it! |

| Tootie is 7 years old and sleeps all the time! We think she sleeps until we get home so she can be WILD and CRAZY with us. Then she goes back to bed around 10pm and sleeps all night.I can't believe how much that dog sleeps! |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Amazing how different they all are....When I'm up - my girls are up - when I sleep - they sleep....My husband laughs about it all the time - He says they do everything I do... when I do it. |

Yorkie Lover Donating Member | Both of my girls are over a year now and they sleep all night long plus several hours during the day...if no one is paying attention to them they sleep, but once everyone gets home from work they are up and playing hard!!
