| Fur question Do some yorkies fur grow longer than others? My little shorty seems to have slow growing fur!! It is getting longer around her face, and her back, but it seems to be shorter than some of the younger pups in here. I'm not sure if the guy I got her from had trimmed her fur, I didn't think to ask! LOL She's changing color nicely though I can't wait till she's finished with that |

| Some do seem to grow slower. I think my dogs grow faster now that they are adults rather than when they were puppies

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Ok...I'll try to help - We actually say HAIR for yorkies as it's very close to human hair - and like human hair - it grows at different speeds....some yorkies will have long hair and some will have medium to short hair - My oldest Chanel... has pretty fast growing hair... and had really long hair by 1-1/2 years old ...THEN got her first real puppy cut....While my youngest Cheri, only needs little trims to clean her up...she's never had a major haircut. |

| Ahhh Haaaa!! Ok, good to know. Anyway, I love her, short HAIR or long. Floppy ears or not! I'll get the hang of this Yorkie stuff one day. They should hand out Manuals or something for those of us less bright owners! LOL |
