She start off in my daughter's bed... when I am ready for bed, she goes potty and sleeps with ME!!! I love it... she's such a sweety!! Now.. should I stop? Is it bad for them? | My Tatum is almost 2 years old. She's mostly a mommy's baby so when I put the girls (9 & 11 years old) to bed, she usually comes to sit with me on the couch where I work on my cross stitch until bedtime. But at least 2 nights a week, she follows me to the youngest one's bedroom and wants up in bed with her. Then when I'm ready to go to bed, I go get her, put her out to potty and then into bed with me and my husband. I don't know why it's just the youngest daughter that she does that with because she loves both of them to pieces. She's slept with us (hubby and I) since the second night we had her. Are you asking if she should stop sleeping with any of ya'll?? I've always had a small dog in bed with us (a poodle before we had Tatum) so I have to say you should keep it up if she's doing okay with it!

| Both my Yorkies have sleep with me. Bella has been sleeping with me at night since she was 8 weeks old. You just have to understand that when she is that young she could leave a pee pee in your bed and you can't get mad at her because your the one taking the risk of that happening. Other than that while she grows up and you potty train her that will go away. Anyways they are great to sleep with (bed hogs) but real cuddle bugs.

| Awww..how cute! My Henfer has atarted switching off too and willsleep with part of the night with me and then go into my daughter's room. Sometimes it is crowded in bed and he likes to not be disturbed I think! He is such a good boy and uses the wee wee pads at night!! |

| My Mayzie is 101/2 weeks and... she goes to bed with me and falls asleep and then I put her in a Graco babydoll pack-n-play (bought just for her ) that is right by my bed. She sleeps all night. She slept until 7 this morning. I don't keep her in bed with me all night simply because I am afraid to and because of that I don't sleep well. But I do love her falling asleep with me. She is so well behaved that I think I could just put her in the playpen to start and she would lay down and sleep but I like her snuggling with me too much to start that! |

| Our baby girl sleeps with us too. She's 4 and a bit months old. We both love her to bits. If we even try to get her off the bed, she does her "Don't you love me no more" look, than thats the end of that. LOL!! I've been thinking about another one too. But I haven't brought the idea up yet. LOL!! The only thing I am holding back for, is that if we decide to take a holiday, it's easier to find a dog sitter for one than it is for two. |
