| ![]() Yorkies are so wonderful. They have such spirit. Mine would love to be able to "bring meat to the table" but alas, there is nothing small enough around here for them to get their mouths on since I don't have chickens anymore. I was hatching some baby chicks in a cardboard box in the house and one fluttered out while I was at work. When I got home that afternoon, Chattie had a new squeaky toy that had lost it's squeak. I was heartbroken, it was my favorite of the six little ones. ![]() |

| ![]() As sad as it may be for the other animal, our little devils.....uh.. angels were bred to do just that; hunt down and kill. Which of all our babies wouldn't have a great ole time doing just that?! I know mine would. ![]() |

| ![]() Hehehehe... it cracks me up to think our little "sweethearts" are capable of this. Whenever I forget that my dog is a terrier, she always finds some way to remind me. I used to have hamsters that would get loose in the house, and I would say "TURBIE, WHERES THE HAMSTER?? GO GET IT!!" and she would start sniffing around. They would only be lost for about a half of a day before I would find Turbie barking at something in the house, and she was never wrong!! And she would never hurt them either, which I was shocked. She loved her hamsters SOOOO much, that she would clean them and pick them up in her mouth, and move them around with her. Its great that dogs know *sometimes* when another pet (like rodents) are pets and not a chewy toy. Now any animal outside, thats a different story. hehe
