| hailey's okay!! I just wanted to let everyone know that Hailey came out of surgery fine. She is still a little out of it this morning. She did not even move last night. I layed in the couch and put her on my chest and that is where she stayed. She wouldn't eat or drink. I finally got her to eat a little plain white rice, but she still would not drink. I don't know what to do. I had to go back to work today and I can't get anything done because all I can think about is her. I am a little angry because the vet did not even come out and talk to me. One of the receptionist brought me hailey and went over the basic things I already knew. She said not to give her any over the counter pain killers but hailey does not seem to be in any pain. She followed me around everywhere this morning. She look so sad. Well I have to get back to work. any advice would be appreciated!!

| I don't have any advice - Tia hasn't had her time yet, but I wanted to welcome Hailey home. I'm sorry she isn't feeling well I hope she's back to herself soon! Hang in there, you'll be back home with your baby before you know it!

| No advice really, just give her lots of TLC, which I'm sure I don't need to say that! I'm so glad she came through everything. It ticks me off the vet didn't come out to speak to you. I probably would have insisted to see him/her. I would certainly call if you have ANY concerns. You're a good Mommy to sleep with her last night. Let us know how she progresses.

| I'm glad she did well for her surgery. My vet didn't give my little one anything for pain either, kind of bothered me but overall mine did well. The only thing advice I can give is just check her when you come home to make sure she isn't chewing her stitches. I have heard of people having that problem and have been told that you can get a baby onesie (a one piece baby undershirt that snaps at the crotch) from the baby department and cut out a hole for the tail to stick thru, put it on the pup to help prevent chewing stitches.
