| Welcome to YT and congrats on your new baby. You surely went a long way to get him but I am sure he is worth it. I always consider it a blessing when you have the opportunity to adopt a little one and to literally save it. What a blessing. Cant wait to see pics!!!

| You are a fantastic person, well done, I am new to the forum as well. My Yorkie (Rat) was also a rescue dog, although I only had to drive 2 hours to get him, the best drive of my life. He had been bought by a family with two young children (the youngest only 3) and was being pulled around by them. As he is such a small dog he could not handle it and they had to find a new home. |

| Thank you everyone for your warm and heartfelt welcomes! I will get pictures up soon. To answer a question. . . when I first got the muffin bear he was very shy and scared. He just wanted to spend all his time under our bed. The first time I bathed him I felt that he must have had a broken rib that healed funny. Poor little man, I almost cry every time I feel it and I imagine he must have been kicked! Sometimes I really wander what his past was but other times I am content not to know the horrors. He was one day away from being put down and I just can't imagine why someone would not want to love this little guy. I feel blessed to have him in my life |

| Bless your heart for taking in this elderly little yorkie It sounds like he had a rough life before he got to you...I'm so glad that he is in a good home now and that you give him soo much love. He really deserves the best this world has to offer
