This is an OLD thread -- 2006

But too funny, Jackson is somewhat named after Michael Jackson too as I am a HUGE fan. Originally Johnny Cash's song "Jackson" stuck out to me since we watched the Walk the Line movie a week before I got Jackson but it fit because I've always loved MJ and the Jackson Five too.

We dont actually call them this in public but at home when they are being mischeivious they are:
Chibi underpants & Molli pajamapants

Chibi is actually japanese for small, it fits him even though hes a bigger yorkie. Molli we spent a long time figuring out what to call her, but then we just thought Molli fit her so well, shes just a little girl and it seems like a little girl name. I spelled it diffrently because I know Molly is a common name so I was trying to be a little diffrent, plus I wanted to put a heart over the "i" when I wrote it

Princess Adelle Goodacre

I begged my daughter to agree on Princess. I knew she'd be spoiled rotten in every way, as well as prancing around in everything pink & being a girly girl! She agreed as long as she could pick Adelle for her middle name. She got this name from seeing her friends friends birth certificate or some official document & she liked it.

Goodacre is our last name. It's my dad's last name who tried to pass it on but had 5 girls.

So were keeping in the family any way we can, as long as we can, even via yorkies.

The next pup will hopefully have a less original name, but who knows! lol.

His whole name is Lt. Commander Tom Paris
My son didn't want me to name him Spock (pointy ears and all!)LOL

Samantha Love McBride. We had a Westie named Darin's Swingin' Samantha many years ago and she was my son's dog. We had to find her a new home when we moved from Florida to Tennessee 30 years ago. I still feel bad about it!!

Princess Contessa- because she was my first Princess , - call her Tessie

Sir Calvin Hobbes- after the comic book, call him Hobbes

Sir Calvin Rocky- because of Hobbes, we call him Calvin

Miss Sassy Baby- she was my last yorkie, and she was my baby. call her Sassy, and she is.

King's Minny Mina (Royal,Little,Strong Willed Warrior). Her name truely fits her,she thinks that she is a princess,she is the smallest one in the house and can walk under our 10lb poodle and she is definately strong willed and very fiesty.

Zoey. Though I kinda regret naming her that because its so popular! My first choice was bella, but that is even more popular (bella is #2 and zoey is #8 on the popular female dog's list).

I know what you mean by popular names. When I was picking a name for Mina I looked at an online list of female pet names. Everyone that I liked,I had a friend with a pet named the same thing. I finally looked on a people puppy naming site,picked out a ton of names both male and female and then whittled it down to 3 of each. Everyone in the house voted and Mina just seems to be the perfect name for our little baby.

Rosalita because I'm a huge Springsteen fan and Brutus because DH is a huge Ohio State Fan.

My Yorkie are: #1 Rubin Justrightyorkie of Bartow. Rubin means son. Just Right Yorkies is my Breeder name. Bartow is for Bartow Fl. where we live. aka Rubyboy
#2 Grace Justrightyorkie of Bartow. aka Graciepoo. Grace because we are saved by it.
#3 Abba Justrightyorkie of Bartow. Abba means Father/ Daddy. He is a future stud dog.
#4 Justrightyorkie Genevive Joy. aka Ginny Joy. Genevive means humble and Joy because she is a joy to have in our family.

Little Mister Sprocket P. Davidson..

Little Mister for the breeder we got him from

Sprocket Panhead Davidson.... we love and ride Harleys (and so does he)

We call him Sprocket for short.....unless he's misbehaving then it's the full name..lol

My Louie registered name is..... Lil Last Word Louis Vuitton. My daughter and my self have the hand bags, hence his name, and he always seems to want to have the last word

Bella Baby...cause I like the name Bella and Hubby started calling her Bella baby so it stuck.

Harley Davidson...cause we have a Harley and Hubby wanted a manly name for his BOY! LOL

Ivy Lou...She was named Ivy when we got her and I thru in the lou just cause it sounds good with Ivy...LOL
