Kim, I am so not upset with you I totally understand why you can't tell me who she is. (doesn't mean I don't want to know though) I just think it was really mean what she did and would love to hear her story as to why she would do that. I mean it's not like he was going for $500 bucks and it was such a deal she couldn't pass up. Yah know....

Kudos to this. I would want to know too (this really is none of my business) and I have no opinion on who is right and who is wrong here. I would just like to reiterate that fact that it was not Kimberley that bought the dog, so please let her be with this and don't anyone pull her in the middle of it.

Ok so you got an e-mail or Pm today saying that someone had baught Aspen but the breeder is talking to you like Aspen is still availale. Have you come right out to the breeder and asked her if Aspen has been baught? and if not then put a deposit down on him.
I'd call the breeder and get the info from her instead of listening to the gossip on here. It may just be a mean trick and he's still really available.
I feel really bad for you but I was thinking when I read your post last night about Aspen that I would never post a site of a potential Yorkie pup i want on a YT Forum that's full of Yorkie lovers and people who are looking for Yorkies and don't know you.
I think everyone will learn from this that you can't really trust people over a computer and think you know them.
And Lexi's_Mommy I really hope Aspen is still available for you.

It would be nice if they came on here and posted or privately pm'd you and tried to offer up a reason for doing this.

And Tricia - Athina posted a good way of working thru this....I thought over what you told me ...and I would just inquire ONLY at this point....see what the breeder says and go from there.

Sounds logical. Tricia, I can sympathize with you. Hopefully you and this other person will get this worked out. Hopefully privately, hint hint...I think we have all seen lately what happens when this is made public and people start taking one member's side over another...see the breeders section if your memory needs refreshing.

Well, I'm glad that you're not upset with me. It seems as though a couple of people are trying to turn this around and make me out to be the bad guy cause I won't say who it is and I'm glad that you understand my reasons for keeping this person's name out of it.

In my own opinion, if this person told someone what they were doing and asked that they not give out their name, then that person knew they were doing something wrong to begin with.
