| Loosing fur This is my first post. I hope its OK. I have a 5 year old black yorkipoo dog. He has large patches of fur loss. He has had loads of vet tests and a biopsy but nothing showed up. Has anyone had this problem with their dog? If you have please could you let me know how you have sorted the problem.TIA. |

| Welcome to YT, sorry it's under these circumstances. I cannot offer up advice, I am sure someone will come along that may be able to offer suggestions. Good luck in resolving this issue.

| Nope, sorry, no ideas here. I am assuming you went to a vet dermatologist? If not, that is the one suggestion I would make. Welcome to YT

| There are many, many possible causes: allergies (food or environmental), parasites, skin problems, endocrine diseases, infections, etc, etc…. It might help if you post more details on the types of tests that your vet has done already so anyone reading your question knows what has been ruled out. Also, possibly photos of the skin at the sites of the hair loss, in case it looks familiar to anyone. Seeing a dermatologist is probably the best suggestion. |
