| Car Sick Hello all! I have a 4 year old named Markie and every since she came home to us at 12 weeks she gets car sick. I can only go maybe a 2-4 miles before she gets sick. I tried the meds the vet gave and it didn't help. I've held food for 2 hours before I have to take her for a vet check and she still gets sick (mostly foamy and yellow). If she's had anything to eat it's food and treats, then foam. Any ideas? Fur Mom to - Molly (9), Maggie (8.5), Markie (4) Sadie (2) and Zoe (who is 5 weeks old and still with her breeder until 12 weeks)

| Is she up where she can see out of the window? There are several medications for this so you might want to ask your vet for another to try. Car sickness is rough. I tried several over the counter medications before it seemed like my now passed girl got over it. It seemed to help for her to ride up in like an SUV or Van rather then a car.

| She has a doggie seat that has her up so she can see out. I tried it both in front and back seats, didn't help. I've had her in both my SUV and car. Poor girl. The vet prescribed Cerenia. Someone told me to try dramamine, but not sure of dosage for her. She weighs 7lbs.

| My adopted boy was 2 1/2 years old when I got him. He would vomit 10 / 15 minutes of riding. I bought him a booster seat that was elevated off the passenger seat. That was 8 1/2 years ago, he has never gotten car sick since he's been in that booster seat.
