|  Jackson also HATES the heat.... he would choose to lay near water all day rather than walk in the hot and humid weather, and he is a superrrr active dog who needs his exercise. So thankful for the pool in the summer. But when/if we do have to walk in heat, I always make sure to drench him in water. I brought a sprayer that I can wet him down with and he loves it and gets cooled down so much more.
