				   | Both Addie and Raider need to have their teeth cleaned. They will be 4 in January. Our vet wants $507 each. Any thoughts? |

				   | That seems about normal. It’s rough having multiples due for stuff at the same time. I was lucky to find a surgery center about and hour and a half from me that charges a lot less and I have three all close in age.

				   | Seems a little high but cost has something to do with where you live and what other Vets in the area charge. |

				   | True, I’m right outside of DC in Maryland where it’s super expensive. Callie’s last dental was $700 to $800.

				   | I don't think this sounds out of line at all IF it is including lab work and dental xrays. If your vet doesn't do dental xrays, I suggest you find another vet. It really is best to have them done....many problems are not seen on the teeth, but below the gum line.

				   | Emma had a dental about a month ago. We got a Dental Special at $299. Emma did need to have 2 extractions which cost extra plus the antibiotics and pain meds. So we ended up spending about $500 which is about average for the DC area.

				   | That is actually a great price mine was way over 1K for teeth cleaning for me. I think prices vary depending on where you live. I live in a very high cost of living
